Hi all.

I need to make a small trailer that I can tow my windsurf gear to beach behind my mountain bike. . Only less than a kilometre down one road.
Only needs to cart 1 x free ride kit.

If you can post photos if you've made one already or any ideas appreciated.
Cheers

Modify to suit. we take our daughters trailer camping with us all the time, makes a great trailer for carting water.

G'Day stone,

I had fun making a trailer to get me to the river with a couple of boards and rigs. I found aluminium extrusion at Bunnings and built a frame that could just fit through our gate. Found old bike front wheels (20") from jettisoned kids bikes. Used an old broken boom for the tow bar and a UJ for the connection to the bike. Plastic bucket to put "bits" in and load the kit on top of that. Found it needed to be reinforced with some marine ply and make sure the wheel nuts are tight (preferably locked) as any slippage is disastrous. Probably would have been easier to buy ready made (and adapt) from ebay but not as much fun!

Cheers

If you don't mind going slow-ish and it is not too bumpy, just use a golf bag trolley thing.
With the bag removed u basically have a V shape with wheels at the bottom, strap everything to the top and use mast as a drawbar and you do not have to fabricate anything.

Old school 70's and 80's golf bags on wheels pretty much grow on trees too.

It is dodge, but just thought I'd mention it in case you want free/no building required/need it tomorrow.
