Don't usually review gear, but here goes.
At 700cm area, mates were saying it's too small, I said they reckon it rides bigger than it is. I was told don't get caught up in the hype.
Have had a few runs on it on flat water and found good speed but that's not the goal.
Wind gusty 12-20ish. Bay swell 1 metre.
Gear; FoilX125, Freek 4.0, MK93, 903, 769/399+ 2 for lift.
Only needed gust 14-15 to get enough pressure to fly. If gust was strong enough 2-3 short pumps and I was away.
Foot pressure did not change with gusts as much as my other wings 899 & 940. Confidence on the first run. Able to push hard upwind fully committed to the harness.
Rides downwind in the gusts was able concentrate more on sail control making the most of powered up carves.
Downwind in the lulls, just cruising down the swell with enough glide to pump the next one.
Gybing on a gust speed through whole transition was seamless.
I a lull better be sure to concentrate on getting back on the wind or will stall abruptly at guessing 9-10 knots. This was the only negative I have.
In short better believe the hype

Thanks for the review - sounds great.

One other question how do you find the front foot / back foot balance with the 903 fuse (I also see you are shimming for lift)? I have a foil-x 125 too and I found the tuttle box little too aft.

Foot pressure is balanced, slightly front foot biased. But feels best with back foot back with mast feathering the lift. Hope that makes sense.
Recently replaced 430 stab with 399, since then have changed shim from .5 to 2. Increased performance of other wings is better than expected
Have the 2021 FoilX, had a look at later models and decided to hold onto mine....

Definitely believe the hype. I sailed the same session on a 110 Predator, 4m Naish Force 5 and Sabfoil WO940. The wind was 12 to 16kts, at the bottom limit of my setup. Jayson's 700 mm2 front foil got going in the same wind as my 1100 mm2 foil. He was faster and looser. I was more consistent flying gybes. In 15 to 25 it will be a great foil.

I like it. Both on flat water lake, and in some waves too.

Sorry inside Joke. I am a BP 799 fanatic and bull suggested I would jump on the Medusa Pro, but I was in denial thinking I could never betray the 799.

PS: I am such a 799 fanatic that I have one new in the box with the old graphics on it

thedoor this is for you. 769 with 4.0 sail in 15 knots. Should have been on 4.8 and WO940. But was being optimistic and wanted to use my new toy

Has anyone tried out the 869 Pro?

I tried the 669 Pro. As advertised it had amazing lift for the cm2 and turns on rails.

Unfortunately it was a little too small for me. You really needed to keep it on the boil (powered) or else it quickly dropped off foil and didn't have much glide. A weapon for anyone riding fully powered, just not what I was after. I'm sure it'd work better on a wing board where there's no need to offset the weight of the sail rig.
