Another metro beachie, late June before a couple of big blows stripped it of sand, Was really, really good this day, well overhead on some of them and long thick righthand pits. Shallow and punchy.
This was the arvo session I had over three hours in the morning with two to three other guys out. I $hit you not there was heaps of waves just like that. Heaps. Mindlessly shacked every single wave. A handful of us out laughing like stoned kids watching the traffic pass and wondering just why the hell no-one else was coming out. There was 20plus mals and SUP's 200m up the beach who would've been looking straight into the pit too.
