Banks are straight and swell is normally minimum unless your arrival brings a big storm. Only place with some decent shape would be Trigg Point but that is packed out more than the Royal Show. Still worth a punt though. You're going to need your most fattest biggest board that will let you pull into a curl before it closes out and dumps you. Saying that the beachies are lovely on a light offshore day and the water is clear as! No wetties needed just yet. I think Ross at Soul boardstore hires out boards - he's on here somewhere too.
