Noticing lots more modern single fins on the water.
Keen for a new board and thinking of adding a modern railed single fin to my collection.
N. Purchase Jnr has some craka's and has included smaller fins on the rail like the old bonza or a modern mal.
Anyone surfing between single, 1+2 and a thruster.
If the difference isnt much between 1+2 and 3Fins.
Will go the single and add 2 smaller fins when conditions are small a little extra snap and stay single when conditions grow allowing some big flowing turns.
New board pictured 6'2 x 191/2 x 2 3/4... ish. 35Ltrs.
PS how good are the conditions lately....

Grant Miller's single stumpy/nugget looks great. Custom add the side fin boxes.

My local shaper shaped one for me. Was probably the best decision I've made surf wise. Although it was originally shaped as a single, as a thruster, it just flies. The finbox then gives me the opportunity to switch when we get those days at our local where waves are shaped to perfection and you have a face to play around with.

Go for it dude! Don't be afraid of volume!

If you've got a board already that you think will work get a box put in it, I've had it done to a couple of mine and it gives you a few options without completely stuffing your board.
