Has it got a name
You could call it the "crowd controller"
Because it looks like you would be running the lineup on that board

^^ Na not mine, my house mates. Im not much of a wine drinker, maybe a nice white but other than that beer.

Floor boards are the best so easy to keep clean!

6,4 x 21 1/2 x 2 3/4 Egg

By far the most volume I have ever had in a board

I wonder if I can duckdive this sucker?!?

Hey what paddle did you end up getting
If your having trouble deciding me mate swears by the kealoa carbon fibre
Quicker paddling speed apparently
He reckons they are better than the Naish and Starboard sup paddles
Good luck with your purchase
See you in the lineup

"And they're egg shaped...... cause they're eggs!"

It's a top tune that one. I'm often caught wondering around the place signing it. Pretty sure I like that CD more than my kids.

I'd push that middle fin back towards the tail a bit.
Other than that nice looking board will be fun.

I shaped my 6'8 on Tuesday Dogboy, it looks insane.

The tail of a good wave board and the nose and float of a semi retro cruiser. Plenty of foam for the small days. Loosely based on Kelly's boards or the Rusty Slayer model just in a blown up version. Wide point and rocker apex forward of center.

Now to just find time to paint, glass and sand her.....

I have a lot of respect and envy for those who have the ability and the means to shape their own boards. Awesome doesn't even begin to describe it.

I wouldn't even know where to start.

Yeah she is a completely different beast to yr normal stash of boards. If you do not try you will never know........I know that after 5 surfs on my Sweet Potatoe I thought I had brought a lemon and would never be able to ride it. Then one day it just clicked.

Hey CMC - would love to see some photo's of your board - I used to have a 6'6" quad of similar style - went well. It was a great board to take away when you only wanted to take one with you. Not a high performance board in the small stuff but with the buoyancy factor you could catch anything and it used to handle the bigger stuff ok. Infact its the board in my avatar. The Green Machine has since been retired after 4yrs of trusty use.

There is a couple of great DVDs about on shaping and glassing, Ive got two from JC (John Carper) and they take you from cutting out the blank to glassing and sanding. If ya wanna borrow them you can, Ive watched them a million times
