I thought this might be worth sharing for our SA surfing brothers to keep an eye on. Im told some of those islands are frequented by surfers so the idea of a Cage operation moving in and chumming up, should terrify people to make a submission.

You have until the 10th April

It kinda makes you wonder were they have gone? Personally i don't think the cage operators should be allowed to move. I can justify cage diving simply because of the research work and education they provide. But to justify it just a business and to be able to move it from a safety point of view for other water users, i don't agree with letting them set up camp anywhere else.

Maybe they could start up tours throwing pi$$ed of tasered pit bulls over the fence of local kindys around Radelaide. That'd provide some interesting footage too. Or maybe film paedo tours in Asia.
Either would be as about as appropriate as cage diving.

After reading that paper clipping, I have just solved our shark attack problem maybe. Why can't we record the killer whales and have a under water recording going off a buoy at popular beaches . A few problems I see is the Humpbacks would be scared off these areas and hopefully other killer whales do not com in to investigate, just a thought but a pretty simple one.

Did you know that is actually being tested as a deterrent currently

This is interesting as it shows a map of the areas to be affected.
