In the interests of the 2010 forum expansion here is a 5'10" Keel fin fish done recently. I love the keels fins. Feel real fast, turn like a twinnie but I have never felt them spinning out. You can drive off the bottom with confidence.

Has an apple green resin tint and a full gloss.

I want that board- P co , are you based in Wangarra by any chance???
I might have to drop down for a chat I am riding a fish at the moment , It is a Twinnie with rather large fins with a stubb in the middle. I can still make it slide easily in waist to chest high surf.

Can you tell me about the Keel fin? Im thinking that the extra lenth rather than depth make it not so slidey??

So much area in those fins thats why they dont slide and cos its a twinnie they turn nice. Mate that is a nicely finished board, looks great! PM a price if dont mind

The fish looks great in green. Whats the dimensions on the 5'10? Epoxy or polyester? Tried to find a nice flat, wide fish in all the surfshops in Scabs on the weekend, no joy. You selling these?

Mainly do these as custom orders. Not sure if it is good manners to put prices on here but seems I was asked, a basic matt clear one is around $650 and the gloss and tint like shown is about $750. These are polyester or glass as usually called, not epoxy.
Here are two more pics of a 5'10" in matt with FCS keels.

Sorry it is upside down.

Hi Adam, yeah the FCS keels are pricey, should be able to get them individually if you need one. How does the board go? Better as a twinnie or thruster? Ross

Hey Ross.. yeah, the board goes real nice thanks. Took it back to the UK in October for a holiday and had some real good waves. Kind of suited the waves as they are generally that little bit fatter..
Its going to be keep dry for a while as an impendnig ear operation means no surf for me for 2 months!!
