The Lady Of Many Colours tinting bottom of my new CW 9'6 Whalebone. It will be sanded back to allow for some black filler to be applied giving it some highlights, more pics to follow as they come.

Beautiful vid and lovely looking board. I really enjoyed watching a professional do it compared to myself Great edit!

Hats off to the Lady of many colours - she certainly knows how to add some colour. So what are you are doing on the deck? Or am I just going to have to wait for the next instalment

hey vanders- was that your board in the vid.

it was good fun being there when dale was tinting. they way the colours mix, when to spread it, when to mix the colour.

timing plays a big part of it.

dale had it easier because he was using epoxy resin

it's a practised skill and 'the lady' deserves all the kudo's

Welcome to my world lol. Got a good pain management physio now,so things seems to be looking better. Plus surfing 3hours a day sometimes 6 is not the best for healing, study time is healing time yeeeeeeew.
And lacey we have been lucky with waves, missing the size we had. Even had a crack on my 666 yesterday

Ok here's a few pics of before & after tinting the deck.

Still trying to decide between wet rub or gloss, leaning towards gloss just because that's all I've ever had but happy to hear opinions.

Mac getting some inside tips on how it's done.
