combo of things. smoking, cholesterol was a bit high before hand, but at the time not to bad. however at the end of the day a high level of crap food produced the plaque on the linings of my arteries near the heart.

fitness is what saved me.

also im a natural stresser and the last 5 to 6 years of little building work probably played a part too.

new wave of good eating is now suggesting low carb and high protein with vegetables and lots of fats. but im not coming into it with the sat and trans type

the good fats yes go for it, but saturated and trans fats ill be avoiding as much as possible.


after all something blocked my up and i reckon it was those fats along with the sweets tooth stuff

the good fats from nuts, avocados tuna salmon sardines etc is the go- you actually need them
