I edited it slightly....

From the ruins of the Disco Empire arise Mac and Laurie as saviors of the lost art of Bump dancing. We bring this message: The Bump is Back! & Mac will bring the bump... We easily burn 600 calories/hour dancing the Bump!
Also check out what the young hip folks in Latin America are doing: It's called "Choq" and it is just like the Bump. But done later in the evening... I hope you young kids are having as much fun as we are. Oh and I love bob......
