GoPro found at Burleigh - recognise the owner?

A GoPro was found in the water at Burleigh. Anyone recognise the owner? It looks like a mini-mal he rides but I'm not sure.

I lost one 18 months ago at Umina.
You now have me wondering what photos it had on it.

He actually lost it at flatrock, near Tugun, which is around 6km away from Burleigh. It spent months in the water and was still working when it was found!

I bet he never thought he would get that back!!

Thats a great ad for goPro, 6km from where he lost it and 3+ months in the water and still working!!

Good to hear it had a happy ending (not the massage type!)

Might be an idea for owners of Go-Pros to put a photo with your name and phone number on it? If someone with manners finds it you are in luck.

3 months..amazing! I want one so badly, are they that easy to lose even with the FCS plug? I dont surf big stuff but it has me wondering how tough the connections are?
