I never completed the separate mother & daughter combo... I said "separately"! I used to help out a friend of a friend when I was new to Sydney, and I was 25. Mum was about 37, and hot daughter was about 14 at the time. Ticked mum off the list, and bided my time until 14 turned to at least 17.... Had lunch with them both last summer actually....

simondo, get a sic bullet 17'4 if its the last thing you every do. i swapped and had a go back on the glide 17 two weeks ago. it isn't half the board the sic is- it gets runs better, surfs better- you really don't even use the rudder hardly at all, it 3 to 4 kgs lighter.
just slip the rudder pedal right back, then as soon as you get any lift go back.

then you think you need to go forward, thats when you go back- crazy, but it goes better like that. look at any maliko vid they are all way back. the glide should be used like that to, but it just doesn't do it as well,not by a long shot.

closest thing you will every get from a sup that goes like a ski or oc- it rides over the bumps in front

i was a fan of the glide but after 5 mins i asked for my board back.

the owner of the glide was very disappointed with having to get back on the glide

As a single 21y.o I lived in a very busy pub in Northern England. There are about 65% females up there. I was the only Aussie they had ever met. To say it was liking shooting fish in a bucket would be a major understatement. This is the Internet, it's all I am confessing.


P.s I also confess that I occasionally like stirring people on Seabreeze
