I no what you mean mate just employing people makes it different so much easyer being an employee I have completely different realationship with ex employees .

Great some male company geez working with chicks is getting to me
morning.....soo flat here today - not even 6 inches - but its breaking almost perfectly - warm sunny day expected after a cool start. A light offshore is blowing. ahhh nice chunky east coast low is developing which will be a good opportunity to try the new board out in a few days time. Fingers crossed.
