I've got one of those wood versions. You can't have it but it is a nice light fin foam core with wood veneer. Like a Mal fin version of an FG5.

Try greenline at mermaid beach cos I am pretty sure there is one there. Could be an opportune time to call in too because they are having a massive re-location sale and I know that fins as well as all boards are going very cheap.

Hey Lacey, What happened to the shapers fin you had in your LK 12.6? Have you tried a cut away?

hi,the axe didn't really work for that board. i've had a fin sollutions semi raked hatchet cutaway number for a while.
the oversize dolphin like fin just stablizes the board much better and the drive the fin provides really allows for the chine/concave to work at it's best when going 'in' so to speak.

also noticed the much less correction work needed going in.

i should add that ins and outs is a different beast to surfing. its always harder to control any board when going straight in.

i had no luck anywhere finding a fin for my 14'. howerever, i dropped into roar and the old naish 11 ' board fin is a dead ringer and jacko is ordering me one on monday. thx roar.

looks like natures fin design wins out

shapers make a 10.5 big kahuna which looks very similar[they have a great web page] i got one for my 10.6 psh and find it stable an stiffens up board hope this helps

Hey Lacey just bought this one back from Hawaii 9" Hawaiian Pro Design....mmmm could be what you are after.


If thats too small what about this one.

oh yeah, that green fin does look good- nice amount of 'tip'

but i think the fin i need has to be 10".

you better go back straight away and grab a 10"er for me

try DORSAL fins on ebay . have a look at there shop they have 10 fins for under 30 bucks delivered one draw back there from the states but at that price
