Hope some of you SPSC guys are still planning on heading down to Bendelong this weekend. We're in the cottage on the beach when you do.
Casso - it's called an "air stroke"!!!! LOL. I actually find it easier to pass the paddle over the top on my backhand other wise you release too much front foot pressure, this way you can drive more speed into your take off. But thanks for asking
