Ben is the most humble guy you could meet. Still leaves his old car fully open, keys in the ignition even when surfing on the Gold Coast. He even leaves his thongs at the back.

Great guy to surf with, I have surfed with him a few times when on SUP and a lot more on shorty. I am surprised this is his first one.

If shaping skills are genetic which they obviously are Ben is one of the few last craftsman. One of the only young guys along with Dan McDonald that I know that can handshape, glass, sand etc. One man surfboard factories if they needed to be.
