yeah i agree there a few terrible guys in sydney who ride big boards and dont have a clue what there doing its heavy stuff i had a run in with one such man on a Psh at the bower in manly these guys really need to do there time in uncrowded lineups....
Maybe with each board sold the customer is given a generic DL size fridge magnet with do's and dont's of SUP
Do:
Get out as much as you can, it is the only way to get better.
Surf/Paddle is areas that are not overly crowded. There are plenty around that suit SUP perfectly.
Dont surf near grommets
Wear a legrope

Catch every wave, just because you can does not mean you should. Unless you enjoy not making friends and possibly getting punched in the kissa
Endanger others
Go straight out in the ocean, paddle flat water a few times. Unless you have strong surfing/ocean background.
I am sure there are heaps of others.
