I just purchased these front carbon glass fins ...thought I'd try them out still keeping the shaper rears on .and exchanging the fronts .
the front shapers do have more flex .but these carbon sure do have a bit more drive with the carbon added ,They where a little smaller compared with the front shapers and thought they would be too small ,but not to be ..I did have a really nice sliding turn with these fins and I was amazed to see the flex from a bird eye view and never realised how much fins do flex ,and bend according to angles ,you can see in the second photo how the fin is way out ,yeow .vid coming soon ,have you experienced any difference in flex ?? what is your favourite flex ,I have noticed a lot on the bottom hand turning

Yep Tardz' , for sure man. Can definitely see it eh. The green fin's looking like it's about to have a blow out! It looks like you're getting a bit of drift in that turn too eh? As the fins start to let go. You must be pushing' hard on the tail man.
Post up the vid, so we can check it out. Wild!

Be careful, most of what you see is due to water refraction, all the more as the water surface forms an angled slope leaving the rail

You should try to look at fins pics from underneath, but taking into account the wide angle lens deformation. I never saw noticeable flex in pics such as:

You could be right Colas as I don't think a carbon fin could warp out of shape that Much , good spotting , I suspect it is a illusion
