duck dive determanation with funny commentary

I saw this about 6 months ago. Well worth posting !! There's some other footage from the same day. Some big waves, that looked to be hard to paddle onto.

If you keep heading down the coast with big swells like that, some days there is a rarely surfed, super fast sand bottom barrel off one of the points (not PRK either, and not a known point for waves...). Plus another quality right hander, that needs a little bit juice for it to break. On small swells, there is no sign of either of these two waves.

Seek, and you shall find!

Both are past Lorne. The road hugs the coast here, so you'll see them without much difficulty.

yep - classic. The first wave though did it for me - late drop and pulled in then got hammered as did the fella paddling out. Unreal. Then at 3:52 we have someone taking off that never stood a chance - hats off!!! Then if things could not get any better at 5:05 we have a man (I assume) with balls of steel going for gold. Unreal. Thanks for posting Simondo - unreal. Great viewing after coming home from the pub and the kiwi boys getting their first ever points at a world cup (by the way the opposition were offside when their goal was scored so we should have won ha ha ha). Great finish to a top night out - thanks.
