Looks like someone cut a board in half. Saw a skinny dude on one had no glide and was really slow on the wave. I know my 105kg would sink it.

Good on em for trying but it do not work for anyone over 45kg.

Hi Hilly,

I saw Shaun Poynter ride one at Noosa and he would be in the 60+ I think.

It did look quite unusual as you say like a 12ft cut off half way.

He didnt seem to have any hassles on it even in the messy surf?

Work on the old axioms. If it looks right, it is right, if it feels good under your arm it will feel good in the water , everything in proportion, I'd rather eat worms! I rest my case.

Just buy a 12' Starboard and in a couple of months you will have two 6' Starboards.

didn't people used to ask decades ago " are they really making boards only 6 foot long? how would you ride that? :) " hmm where would we be if the makers had no imagination...more power to starboard and anyone with imagination.
