Mission Quest X00083 larger arm holes again and less fabric, bladder pocket and just enough pockets.

Most of us here use this one... http://www.ultrapfd.com.au/default.asp?PageID=62 .. It also has a pocket in the back for a drink bladder.
Make sure you get the largest size because the shoulder straps are longer allowing you to wear it lower so it's not up under your armpits.
