Hi all
Like many people these days I subscribed to get Sup World online 18 months ago which came off a credit card then I cancelled the subscription and direct debit. The money kept coming out of my account despite many emails asking to be taken off the subscription list and 12 months ago got my bank to block Zinio from my bank account which stopped the payments.
All of a sudden last night Zinio send me an email saying they had taken $33 from my account for Sup World which was available online??? So today I went back to my bank and yes they have accessed my account again somehow after being blocked. So I did the relevant forms again to stop these corporate thieves from depleting my account each month but who knows for how long, obviously they are able to get around it after a period of time?????
So beware ZINIO in the USA, California they are crooks and pray on those who don't check their accounts to steal money.
Update!
Thanks to the nice people at Sup World Magazine my issue is being resolved and Zinio are now communicating and responding to my request.
Of course I will continue to get hard copies of Sup World moving forward as I appreciate the fact that Sup World even bothered to help one person such as myself.
