Hey thanks Adam and everyone and no I don't mind. Not everyone here are friends of mine on Facebook so it's all good

Lets just say I'm lucky I'm walking. Well sort of walking. Slowly one foot in front of the other.
On Monday arvo Miller, a couple of friends and I set off for some trail riding. We started off on an easy trail then up to one of our favourites. Close trees, fast lines, nice jumps and berms. To me this trail is the closest thing to surfing the dirt. Anywho I've hit the last switchback and looked over my shoulder to see young mate hot on my heels so I give it piss. The next few jumps are tight and windy. I hit the first ok but the second came up sideways and when I landed my bike bucked me up and over the handlebars off to the side and flat on my back. But under my lower back was an old log about 30cm in diameter.
When I hit I had a massive jolt of electricity go from my hips through my legs and I was in pain!
I couldn't move for what seemed like 5mins.
My legs weren't moving and I couldn't get up. Eventually I rolled onto my stomach and on my hands and knees.
Yeah I know this was the stupid part of the story and probably should have stayed on the ground but I must have been in huge shock to get up and push, walk and crawl my bike back to my car and home. Even sent my friends on their way and said all will be fine. I don't really remember much of that part or even driving home. All I could think of was my wife and boss are gonna kill me!
Eventually got an ambulance to the hospital after waking up in severe pain that I couldn't see, had the cold sweats and passed out.
So after 4 days on morphine and valium, throwing my guts up from getting so high on drugs, a trip in the ambo to Bunbury for an MRI, it's good to say that I'm going to be ok with just a fractured sacrum.
Sorry for the long story. I tried to keep it short.
But believe it or not my doctor has told me that when I'm feeling like I can walk and stand for longer periods I should get back onto the paddle board on flat water to help with the healing process.
Don't worry doc, you have my approval there hahaha
By the way, any one want to buy a Trek Fuel Ex 6... Not
