We're starting to do a pretty regular day break session around the 5.30am mark a few times a week. It's going to become a pretty intense workout session as I get more fit

but until then it's just moderate to brisk paddling over about 8-10km distance. I'm hoping to get fit enough to do the Doctor.
This mornings session started at Freshwater Bay and we paddled out into the middle of the river and then over to Point Walter, Bicton and back again. It was a leisurely pace with a few break outs of speed for 5 minutes at a time to get the heart pumping hard.
Been on the 14ft Fanatic the last few times and am loving it. I really can't wait for the Race fin for the Hobie 14'er to get a better comparison.
Just awesome fun and a great start to the day, all done and dusted by 7.30am. You're welcome to come and join us and demo any board you like, we have a good range now and going to be better in another week as we receive more gear.
There are no costs for lessons for noobies or demo's, I just want to have fun and paddle with a crew of like minded's.
