If you get past the first and possibly gayest exhibition of simulated paddling in the history of modern man some of the other ones look pretty hard to do.

This is awesome!! This guy has amazing balance..have you ever tried to do a kettle ball swing on a indo board...that ****s hard!! I don't see anything funny about it, but thanks for posting, gives me a few more ideas :D <3

It would be funny if after 6 months of dry land wobble ball training, the first wave he took off on he pearled up to his neck.

RESPECT! as scubasim said "this guy is awesome!"

Thanks for posting DJ - some seriously tough exercises in there, great for core and leg strength and stability/balance. Ok, his 'paddling' technique may not be the best, but I don't think that's the point of what he's doing.

And regardless of whether you're SUP is round or not, even doing squats with some weights on a Bosu ball can really help you're balance on a sup in choppy conditions, some of the stuff he's doing is insane.

Definately some more ideas in there to work towards!

I'm normally the first person to pull the piss out of something but this guy is actually pretty good
Trying to do balance exercises is not the easiest thing to do especially with Indo boards
I've seen slater on a few movies doing the balance training thing and he struggles a bit ( not that it matters too much for him)
I think a few blokes on this forum would struggle

I agree with Ali Cat.
What this guys is doing is extremely difficult & would most certainly benefit him when out in the surf. Yes the paddling technique is umm...interesting, however I bet he's way more comfortable in windy wobbly conditions than most of us.
I think I may actually start using some of his movements on a bosu ball myself.

Thanx for posting this DJ
