Thanks for the vid guys, awesome.
Interesting to see flatter nose rocker boards out there in the big swells, real contrast to the Glide 14 and the F16 style rockers. Just part of the evolution of the sport and specialisation that I guess will happen more and more. Perfect for the 'less than perfect' downwind conditions most of the world gets.
Seems to me that the nice thing about these new boards is that they will be a great 14' board to own, work well in the open water downwind role and still be fun and fast on flat water. I keep banging on about it like a broken record but that was what I really loved about the K15.
Although the flatter rocker boards can do it if i had a choice out there i know what i would have picked, We got quite a few pic's of the all the boards out there and it was interesting to see how they all looked and how things were fitting in to all the shapes the ocean could put out.
We manly went out for pics not vid so what you have seen is really all the vid that was taken, there was a little bit of other stuff but not reaaly worth showing. Big thanks goes out to sheilds for coming out and taking that bit of footage as most people would know how hard it is to get people to film or take pics when its good and i know Sheilds would have been sitting there wishing he was paddling!!!!
