Gday all I am just about to get a SUP and was looking at getting one of these towbar mounted racks to transport it about on my ute

I was wondering if anyone else has one or has used one, they look like they will be a bit wobbly to me

A timber addition to a standard 6 x 4 like that requires no roadworthy as long as it is securely fixed I believe(I stand to be corrected), because technically it is regarded as a 'load' and not the 'vehicle' itself. Great setup BundyBear, sweet for sure!!!

I considered the box to be a load so just bolted it in, it survived the run from Perth to Sydney and back quite well and only cost about 500 bucks to make plus 2 days of my time
