a bit of old school dc and tomy mixed to get a very stable craft that surfs well and will go through waves.
i found all these big volume boards are really had to get through broken waves.
surfed this board 3 times now i and i can't recall missing a paddle stroke cheers

yeah recovery has been awesome. running and paddling better than before the event- amazing-clean pipes i suppose i hardly think about it but have to keep my heart from going higher than 151 bpm. aspirin in the morning and and a cholesterol pillat night and eat healthy. thats it. everything else is in order

I'm always to worried about trashing my board and well bop gets your hr up like nothing else so most likely not going to happen now. mainly for surfing and training although lockie is pressing me to paddle at 80% and reckon I would still do alright in my age group

I rekon Lockie is right. Anyway doesn't matter where you come in your age group just getting out their is a win.
