Wind direction/strength looks very good but it is a long way out still.

Ok so I might be wrong here but a pumping straight southerly is not really ideal winds.. That far offshore it's gonna be a real struggle going anywhere except for straight to the north..

If the winds in we do a run most days, a few options depending on how far you want to go.

Thurs looks good on charts Fri less good.

Change anyone's mind about this weekend?

An article from Perthnow.com.au

Shark sighting closes Trigg and Scarborough beaches

BEACHGOERS were forced from the water after a 3m tiger shark was spotted at Trigg Beach this morning.
The shark was spotted just 100m offshore about 9am and forced City of Stirling lifeguards to close both Trigg and Scarborough beaches, a Surf Life Saving WA spokesman said.

The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tracking the shark's movements off the beaches, with lifeguards watching from the shore.

The sighting comes after a 5m tiger shark was spotted about 300m offshore near the BP oil refinery yesterday.

Back at work so late ones for me from now on. Think Tim is the same. Conditions are better late with more wind and runners.

Looking at doing it but trying to sort out the logistics with the other half. I think Luke is going to do a day mission down and back.
