I was reading the other day that they get some real good downwind conditions in the Gulf of Thailand. One of the spots is a Kite and Wind destination and DW SUP is taking off there.
I think Starboard has a R+D Center at this place also. Naklua beach I think, just near the most hedonistic place on the planet. Pattaya.
