Forecast is looking pretty good for a run on the river, so who's keen? Would be good to see some new faces show up otherwise I'm sure the regular few will have fun.

Yep I reckon I will be keen and if Radman sets his alarm early enough he will join us.

I've been SUPing for a year or so but have only recently got the 14 Glide and have only done the one DW on the river with Belly Hilly and Tim, keen to get out again.

Hope the wind holds up, forecast wind has slowly been creeping earlier and going a bit more South so fingers crossed.

I was thinking the same sounds good, perhaps you can tow the lids then I may be able to keep up.

Hi Guys,

Would love to come play but cant do this weekend. Next weekend I am going to have opportunity to demo a Hobie 14ft and also a 14ft Fanatic Race if anyone is keen for a paddle? I should also have a few other 12' 6" race boards.

Mosmans to Narrows sounds good, maybe come in at the beach where they launch the jetskis from. At least that will give us a decent point to aim for more than a 3 metre wide gap in the breakwall to get our boards out. Definitley keen for at least two runs.

You can borrow my Glide 12 or 17 seeing it looks like I'm the designated driver.

Meet at the end so that we know there is a car there.

Let's say 9am in the car park that the jetski's launch from under the narrows on the south side of the bridge (the end of Millpoint rd). At least that way Luke can drop us off and get away for Auskick, tell Ben I think it is selfish of him, for one run and if anyone is keen we can do a second.

It'll probably be too late for the first one, but as long as the conditions are good and people are willing I'm keen to do 2 or 3 runs as they are pretty quick. So come down and you'll get at least 1 run in.

Yep.....The plan is to meet at 9 at South Perth coz the wind looks good early at this stage, so yes to late.
However sounds like there is a chance a couple of us might do a second run.

I will be up for one run for sure and would quite possibly be up for another if conditions are good.

Just set you alarm for 3 that should be easy geez I am going to be up at 7ish which is early for for me a Sunday might have to skip the bacon and eggs

For once I am glad I don't live at Gero.

Edit: beat me to it Surf4fun I hate it when you get distracted at work when you are halfway through a post.

Meeting at the boat ramp underneath the narrows on the southern side of the city at 9am, then drive to mosmans. It is only about 5km so should only take 45mins or so.

I'll head done for a paddle, someone has to be last

I'll have on board 2011 & 2012 14ft glides, 14ft Open Ocean Starboard and a 4 x 12"6' Starboard surf races. So if anyone one wants to borrow one of these feel.

Hey Ian.. Keep the 14' Open Ocean for yourself to use.. and remember down-winders are not a race.

Anyone going to take some video or snaps of this? I'm interested to see the turnout, a regular DW'er is something i'm keen for but have a feeling my 11'2 wont cut it...
