Real world sup. I.E Casso and dogman etc rip it up but this guy is good but real world looking. Dont know if i am making sense but there you go.

Was it the spot in the middle, sorta between the head land and spot we surfed?

I'm on a bit of a fitness mission as well. Stick at it Brooko, I'm struggling but getting better routine and slowly starting to see results.

Me too (the fitness regime) all the talk of hernias and chest problems has got me panicked. I bought myself a heart monitor, which I'm completely addicted too. When I put it on this week my daughter looked at me all concerned, like I've actually got a problem, and my son thought that I was wearing some sort of man boob bra.

I've started riding my bike to work each day and am finding myself skipping in the evening. We have a local boxing gym up the road and might join when I feel that I'm fit enough not to look like a complete dick.

Wanting to improve your surfing is a great reason to get fit.

Just wondering.. Is it the PSH board or the Freeze that's causing the board to bounce around like that.. or is the board just not designed for waves like that.

That vid shows why I like boards that turn from more up the rail rather than from the tail.

Good work oliver riding the bike to work each morning, I love getting fit, its just the first two weeks and cutting back on the beers which make it difficult.

Just weighed myself put on 10 kgs since I got both boards Its a wonder the poor little things can float me, Thats a big 115kg on the 9 6"naish & 8 6" surfshapes.

Yeah DJ I noticed the bounce but nothin to do with the board - bit of a technique thing, you could see in the second half he didn't bounce as he was getting more confident with his bottom turn. That board will surf stuff twice that size with ease

Brooko I am keen to see some vid of you mate - after your fitness program of course.
