Street SUP is a great upper body workout. It uses major muscles in the upper body, arms & legs in particular the chest, shoulders, back, abdominals & obliques, as well as triceps, biceps, thighs, hamstrings & glutes.

If cross training for water SUP we would recommend the Bamboo Big Sticks -they offer maximum flexibility & mimics paddling in the water.
