Yep another one run and done. We were greeted with 3ft waves slammimg onto a very shallow bank, and the tide had only just started to run out. Congrats to everyone, there was some spectacular surfing, and a few shacks thrown in for good measure. Jacko convincingly won the A final and Scottie took out the B Final.
Also big thanks to SUPWORLD Magazine who cam down with some free copies of issue 1 for those people who signed up as new members today and also the winners of today's event.

Nice stuff !!

One of the "Mr Pink's" is wearing a (cut down) below the knee steamer. I like the idea. Keep the old knee joints warm, but makes the steamer a bit easier to put on, and bit lighter !! A variation on the long sleeve spring suit.

ION do a 3/4 leg length wetty, not sure if anyone else does them.

good to watch everybody dropping into closeout shore break. best result for me ever - tied for third in four man heat. could of gone all the way if i didn't have to go early - not! good morning and great for beginners to get out there with heaps better surfers. thanks for organising Chris/Peasey.

No worries , im with you good to surf with people who rip , you learn a lot by just watching.Next comp though can we move it to a nice soft point break(LOL).My Back and neck are really sore at the moment.
