Ok i'm no Dr but why when I cut myself with metal why does the Quack stick some big needle in my butt is he a saddest or something.............PS no horses in the shire either

The rust is just a good environment for the tetanus bacteria to hide in all the nooks and crannys, tetanus bacteria thrive in different animal poo

Preventive measure, like when I got fin chop in my head a couple month ago.....8 Stiches and a needle.... Now I highly doubt there was tetanus on my fin or out in the ocean.

Not sure why this guy is "mad". He looked like he knew exactly what he was doing and he did it pretty well. At no point did he look out of control of the situation and he looked pretty calm the whole time. Big figs is the way I see it.

Have to agree and he had a quick release on the kite so it can quickly be ejected. Pretty impressive effort

Off his rocker for for sure , may have big knackers but this is for our entertainment only.

That bloke is a nutter for sure , but we love him for it !!

Great entertainment , better than watching the news about some fruitcake risking his life in a fing v8 ute.

For those wondering, it's Bloubergstrand, Cape Town... Would I do it - hell no, getting a pole surfer up there would be untidy. Is is as nasty as it looks??? Almost, but not quite
