SUP Saturday as those of you on FB would know it was...
Wind aside, the swell moving through today was groomed and peeling through Port Hacking as expected.
With a strong offshore and a cold start, it was only for the brave but as is always the way, we only get out what we put in and as such, I paddled out with the GoPro set and lucked into some great SUP runners before the wind strengthened to well over 25 knots.
I love 'The Bay'. A place of beauty especially for those of us that love to SUP !
'Attack of the Laird'.....there were 6 x SUP's in the water and 5 were Laird's.
10'6, 11, 12, old Ron House Model's, 2010 Pearson Arrow Model's and the 2011 Model like mine in 2 sizes too.
Shh, don't tell anyone, was out on Friday before high tide for 2.5 hrs on my own wanted some company to enjoy with, 4 ft sets 200m rides bit windy but lots of fun
I'd call that place paradise from the pictures and video post in the past. Who would like a pad overlooking that set up with your yacht out the back Now where is this place?
Yes. I've travelled the world and found nowhere that comes close. It's beautiful and more.
Glad you guys liked the post. See ya out there !
No place like home eh ? Good to see you don't mind sharing the location with the Breezers. Some guys tend to hold onto their "secret" location like it's a pot of gold.

Yes, that's the surfer mentality but it's a wide open Bay and I really don't care if a few turn up to share the stoke.
You've got to have a fair amount of commitment to drive there day in and day out to check it and the amount of times I've been there thinking it would be 'on' to find it flat would stop a lot from bothering.
Besides, it's not mine and is there for all to cherish.
