Are you asking for kids or adults boards?
There are some pretty small production surf shapes out there like the Naish Hokua 8'0 (26 1/2" wide), and Kai Bates used to ride a tiny LSD with real low volume rails, not sure of the other specs, but it looked small, even under him.
The Naish 12'6 LE would also have to be one of the smaller production 12'6 raceboards on the market at just 24 inches wide, then the Fanatic 12'6 x25" would be the next smallest? Aquaglide also have some displacement nose boards around the 11' mark too.
if your asking about kids boards then a whole different story,
Again Naish have a Keiki 6'6 (24" wide) and other co.s may also have similar. There was also a company making mini raceboard replicas for kids, not sure if they were any good but they looked like little race boards.

Check out the Riviera Sup site they have 8'6 and up kids race boards. The 404 mini monster looks pretty cool too.
Not sure how I would get one shipped here though.
