I had a paddle at Point Roadknight on the big Naish 14, and got some really long runners, and happily rode a few along which weren't breaking, and you can also easily stay on them even if they back off and stop breaking.
One nice wave went a little wide, and I went all the way to the beach ending up south of the boat ramp, and a little sand has washed away, exposing the rocks, and before I knew it, the big 14 was making love to the rocks !! It kind of won, with just 1 bump on the rail which will require a little epoxy fill.
