this year we will be having music /surf sup movies and a feed at the surf club on Saturday Night
sup surfing long distance sup and bop
hoping dogman will be playing

It is all ways a great weekend and well run event with great water safety ( if you are looking to do your 1st ocean race this is the one lots of water safety and good social atmosphere) We have at least 12 to 15 paddles from our club SUP Central making the trip up to dominate the prize money!!!

for the guys wanting to do a longer distance (WARM UP 10KM )they could paddle from South West Rocks and meet the start of the 7km

were also putting on a $10 feed Saturday night in the surf club with live music so this year we can be together after the surfing and the race and talk sup ,got the big screen TV installed last week so will be a fun weekend the banks have been great so with this Southern push the surf comp should be good

Still dreaming of scoring the point like this one day!
If the point isn't working there are quality peaks just down the beach....

Have a good mate who lives there and is kind enough to ring when its on. It hasn't worked like it used to, for a long time, due to a nor-east storm that ate the beach. Still, the sand is coming back, slowly and it will regain it's magic.

I've only ever had it small a few times but it was super fun and unreal set up !

Had the warm up at Mullim/Bruns -- 1hour 55 min , can't wait to blow em out of the water at Scotts

Are PFD's compulsory for the ocean paddle?

Skis they are compulsory
sups leg ropes are compulsory
and PFDs are for the paddler to decide
