Great stuff Matt, love your work, you always capture the vibe.

I was kind of reluctant to watch it because I knew it would make me wish I was there but the vid probably would have just shown that I have no technique at all anyway so probably for the best.

Congrats to Marcus, Michelle and all the other place getters and paddlers and to Darren, Todd, Peter, SUPWA and all the other helpers, if you can make it happen next year I will def try to be there.

FWIW, I added in the boards from the placegetters that I knew of. Perhaps others can fill in the boards the remaining others were riding too.

I've added the times to this list also.
I apologise for the timing errors that occurred and especially to those outcomes that it effected.
Without making too many excuses, it was much more complicated than I thought timing 2 races at the same time, as well as recording individual lap times for the 20km as the 6km was finishing.
I learned a lot and hopefully next time I can make it better and more reliable for all.

Hey Adam, no problems mate, we are all on a learning curve when it comes to running these events. We will take it all on board and adapt for next time.
Without you and the other volunteers the day wouldn't of been possible.

Adam, I know first hand how timing can sometimes be chaotic. Thanks for sticking through it and getting us some data. Can't be easy there on your own.

As a thought, might want to maybe check out webscorer for a timing app - they use it back in the pacific northwest to do small boat races where there are upwards of 100 boats on the water at a time. I'm not too familiar with either of the programs (webscorer or racesplitter) but possibly worth the somparison?

Thanks again Adam for looking after the timing. The Lap times were bit ambitious on our part to expect. Great job that both you and Peter Kemp did.
