Leco Salazar - This one is better if you speak french but still some good surfing in between the interview sections

Would have been my second guess

Can speak a little French so knew it was not French

I struggle with english let alone foreign languages but my bad, I thought Leco was French like Peyo and Delpero.

After watching years of Dora the friggin explorer I can say its definitely Spanish.. That first movie is one of the best i have seen

It's not Spanish Milko, it's Brazilian Portuguese, a bit different from Portuguese as spoken in Portugal. If you listen carefully you can hear the guy say "brasileiro" several times ("Brazilian").
A mis-spent youth in Chile (Spanish-speaking), Brazil (Portuguese) & France, hanging out with guys & chicks who didn't speak English made picking up a few words in the local lingo de rigueur.
p.s. Brazilian chicks are awesome
