here are some pix of a board I designed.
Id like your opinions and ideas please.

I feel a SUP has TWO parts.

1 where you stand and paddle

2 when you get into riding stance.

Do you think that each needs to be taken into consideration.

A: I have made a board super wide 33" ( get through any chop )
B: flat and boxy at the paddling stance position,
C: lots of Vee and rocker
D: pulled in tail on the back for wave riding.

The front is made smoothe for nose riding.

What do you think about the different features:

Here you see a standard long board (black outline) for comparison

Hi Mate....I would say from the looks of things 33' is way wide...also a wider tail will make it alot looser in the surf...there also looks like way to much v in the tail to have any stability...just my two cents

33 is too wide you just don't need it that wide , my 9'10 is 28 wide and I surf it in anything (I've been supping less than 6 months.) Don't like the rails or nose both too boxy and fat. I'm no expert so this is my humble opinion but I think that board will be more like a pool toy rather than a ripper.
