Here's a nice new vid showing that Robby Naish still has it..

There's some great SUP footage and Robby shows how well the new Naish boards perform.

Good stuff. You should all be able to see Robby walking the (SUP) board side to side a little too.

He seems averse to using his paddle......

Nice looking waves he's SUPing.

Personal preference ! I kind of prefer to mainly use the paddle for paddling, and not use it much too much when surfing. Others wave the paddle around like a magic wand.... and are very skillful at incorporating the paddle into surfing.

Mostly, I think he's moving too fast on the wave to really need it.

i agree, if you dug your paddle in while going that quick you would leave it behind. maybe that could be a new trick...let go of it halfway through a cutback and then retrieve it after a foam bounce while it is still stuck into the face of the wave!!!?? ha ha ha

The guy’s got style, so smooth and linked through all his turns, no matter the wave size or craft.

I know everyone raves about Laird Hamilton, and I do fully appreciate his feats of bravery doing what he does and often being the first to do it.

But I think Lairds huge stick man stance that he takes allot of the time can look a bit comical and unco.

Naish in m opinion makes it look easy….. pure class.
