Here is a vid from Rambo of one of the outrigger races in the Cook Islands. I posted a pic of the right hander back then.

In the vid you can see the wave for the first 2.15 mins and it's in slow motion.

i reckon if that ama was on the other side danny would of steered her around and paddled into one! pretty heavy wave i have heard....
