Ocean Addicts Power of the Paddle is on again on the 17th of November. Registrations will open soon. This year there is the opportunity for prize money and prizes in all divisions. There will be the main prize money for Open Men and Women but we are also going to offer prize money for Over 40's Men and Women and Over 50s Men and Women as long as there is a minimum of 10 entrants per division. Prizes will be listed soon.

Format: Hold your breath. It is going to fun.

Surf Comp. On the Sunday (18th of November) after the Concert the Sunshine Coast SUP Club will be hosting a SUP Surf Contest at Coolum as part of the festival. Divisions will include Open Men and Women, Over 40 Men and also a Big Board Comp. Prize details will be listed soon.

Entering either event will also give you free membership to the Sunshine Coast SUP Club for 2013. There will be a discount for entering both the race and surf events.

Golden Days Festival
Check out the band line up in the poster below: Concert starts at 11am after the race and finishes at 10pm. Up early and back to the beach for the surf comp.

For those entering the Ocean Addicts Power of the Paddle you can purchase tickets for the concert through our club for $50. This offer has generously been made from the festival organisers. If you are not in the race but would still like to get cheaper tickets then normal you can purchase them through the club for $85. Money raised here goes to the race prize pool. Please email us at info@sunshinecoastsup.com if you wish to do so either way and deposit the money into the club account using your name as a reference. We can then give you the tickets at the race. It will most likely be: open pro division men and women, a junior division, over 10 foot division and a half hour expression session.

Would love to come over for this but it is 5 days before I graduate, maybe next year.

Do both Casso. There is a whole year to make amends before you do it again.

Rumors have it that it will be an awesome 10 days for SUP in South East Qld at this time of year. Those considering the big drive, it will be well worth it. Come for a holiday starting the weekend before
