We have just put a heap of photos on the website, probably too many, but a few of the guys asked if I got a photo of them so there they are.

For those that didn't make it down here are just a few of the ones we took.

Hey Michael.
Heard you sold your board?
Looks like your riding a camo board now?
Is that an 11'2?
Or have you gone smaller?

Whoops just saw the other photos and noticed the tail is a fish
Is that your new weapon of choice? 9'2 fish?
How do you compare it to the 11'2?
Can you give a review?
Pros and cons against the 11'2?

Yep well spotted!

Now the proud owner of a 9'8. I went with the 9'8 for a couple of reasons - mostly because it is so easy to get up and down the stairs into our unit. Living where I live 95% of the paddling I do is about waves and the 9'8 is sweet for that. With the shorter length the turning circle is much smaller i.e tighter cutbacks and they are suprisingly stable.

You dont pick up waves as early as the 11'2 but it is still pretty good.

I still reckon if i was to have a one board quiver it would be the 11'2 but working here allows me to grab a 12'0 or 12'6 whenever needed for distance paddles. For me it made more sense to buy a 9'8.

The Camo deck is one they sent us by mistake - it doesn't have a mast track either. Its just a dedicated SUP.

Nice. Im very jelous
Wish I had more cash flow for a dedicated SUP but still super stoked with my 11'2.
I took my son out on it the other day and he sat in between my legs and we got a couple of waves. He loved it!
And ive only taken it out windsurfing once.
But I like the fact that with the smaller 9'8 it sounds like it would be more turnable
I am still finding it hard to cut back on the 11'2. Bigger waves would be all I would need Im guessing?
Anyway I will see you down your way in the morn. I will bring my camera. Fingers crossed it will be over head
