Hows is the development of these board going? Any feedback on how they perform in a true downwinder?
Hey Scotty, a new one went out the other day to the OAM rep Ross who lives on the Gold Coast and he's frothing on it. It came out as a significantly faster board than the original green one with a large increase in volume, I also added more lift through the tail and some vee which improved it's surfability vastly. At present I'm nearly finished a 12'6" that has the original full displacement bottom for a guy in Seattle whose design brief was simply that he was after the fastest 12'6" in the world.
