A good watch even if you have paddled for a while. Always learning. It may have been posted before??

Agreed, a good watch and there's a couple of things I will definitely aim to try next time I'm on the water.

If you are after other great videos, check out this site with videos featuring Danny Ching. Its for outrigger paddling but the principles will be the same.

Some great advice from and experienced paddler ........ we will have emulate the action during the Buddina early morning training sessions ha ha....... oh not you cause we already can't catch you

Nice video but don't agree with the twist that's an outrigger thing and doesn't apply to stand up it pulls you off balance , if you watch the video there is no twist.

The good points is to pull your board past the catch , clean entry and a clean exit.
