I am interested in an estimate in the difference in pace between the mentioned boards. Obviously the exact speeds depend on the rider, but it might be possible to give estimates of possible paces for both boards, and how big the difference might be.
I am thinking that the Nalu isn't very fast, and am thinking about switching to a faster board. However, I'm both riding in a fjord with relatively flat water, and from there out in the ocean with pretty high chop, so the board would need to be able to handle that.
Is the Glide not a good compromise between a race board and a board that can handle chop?
How big would the difference in speed be? If it isn't noticeable, putting a lot of money on a new board obviously wouldn't be a good idea.
